Turned up to quote at exactly the time we organised. After we accepted the quote, they nominated a time the doors (we ordered two) would be ready and then turned up at exactly that time too To instal. Polite, timely, reliable and the price was right! Honestly couldn’t be happier!

Excellent products, excellent service, explained all options thoroughly, including a cheaper priced option on the finish (due to situation of door being out of the weather, extra weather protection advised as not necessary), no drama when we adjusted the door design, even though it was after measuring was done. Don’t think I am insulting the gentlemen when I describe their approach as ‘good old-fashioned service’. Highly recommended.

As an owner of a major dental facility in Lilydale, the security needs for my clinic was paramount.The way James and his team handled the initial contact through to installation was excellent.The security door installed is of such high quality that it beggers belief how it could be so affordable. A rare thing these days: pride in workmanship, and professionalism. James has it in spades. We had a difficult challenge to enclose a front porch, but James came up with a clever solution which was executed with great craftsmanship. Doors fit closely and perfectly, and close quietly and tightly. Grills match the irregular walls and pillars accurately. No marks, bruises or imperferfections, and from a business perspective he was just as easy to deal with. Not the cheapest, perhaps but still competitive, and the results indisuputable. He was recommended to us by our neighbors and I have not the slightest hesitation doing the same to others.

We’ve used Eastern Security Doors a couple of times now. Simply wouldn’t choose another company. James and Co. are professional and expert installers. My only advice to buyers of screen doors is to specify your handle heights.

We got our front security door with Eastern Doors & are supper happy with it! James was prompt and professional, quote was very competitive to another 2 that I've gotten, not only that but ETA was also 1-2 weeks quicker too. Friendly and thorough installer, Alan even vacuum and wipe down the area etc, tested the lock to ensure was I able to operate. Highly recommend and proud to support small family business.

Very happy with the great customer service I experienced dealing with Eastern Security Doors. Competitively priced too! James was extremely helpful and patient in all our dealings, and was kind enough to drop off colour samples when we stuck on deciding what we needed. Installation was completed less than a week from obtaining a quote, could not ask for more. Would definitely use them again if I had any security door requirements. I had James quote me for a new Federation style door on the front of the house and was very impressed with James' professionalism and courtesy. He suggested some great ideas and we are very pleased with the outcome. Alan then installed the door and even fitted some extra brackets to help with security I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Eastern.

After having a few different quotes by local companies. James was by far the best and most informative than anyone else. James took the time to understand our requirements, provided insightful information on the product and provided a sample of what the solution would look like.The price was literally on point. Exactly in our budget and better than the rest.
