We could not have been happier with our experience with Eastern Security Doors. From the initial measure and quote through to installation, James and his team have been so easy and exceptionally friendly to work with! James was very patient as I had trouble deciding on designs and colours and kept changing my mind. But the final result speaks for itself, we just love the doors! I'm grateful we were given the time and space to work through what would work best for our budget and with the style of our home. Thanks so much team!

Very impressed with these two guys, James comes and measures & quotes, his business partner Allan then manufactures everything at their Chirnside Park factory, both are easy going friendly guys, their quote was very competitive (best price) for the same quality product, will definitely use them again.

We have a great experience with getting our security doors all the way through from quote to installation. Good attention to detail and lots of explaining the options and the best way of doing it Great product at a great price as well.

We have been impressed with Eastern Security Doors from the quote stage all the way through to installation. James is really helpful on ideas for colors and specifications for our doors and Allan is very methodical and clean in the work he does. No mess left behind and a great looking set of doors. Fast turn-around too from quote to install. Brilliant. We had them do one job and were so impressed, got them back again!

From the prompt response to our initial call, the punctual visit from James to measure and quote, the promised installation a week later. James was very obliging to deal with.The installation by Alan was punctual and a pleasant delight to witness. Also the accuracy in the measurement for doors in an old crooked house was amazing. Alan did a wonderful job installing and took the time to explain the door closer and opening of side panel.We anticipate getting another door installed by Eastern Security Doors later this year.

There is a reason why James and Alan have only 5 star ratings. It is strictly old fashioned honest and friendly customer service from start to finish and of course quality product that gets them solid reviews.We contacted 3 local companies for quotes and James won us over even before we received his official quote, which was actually several hundred dollars cheaper respectively. He was upfront about any material delay coming into summer and then bam, it's ready within a week! We were lucky!We love our new security door! It looks amazing without a grill and the kids love being able to see out and feel fresh air. The doggo did ram into it thinking it was open as you can see clearly out from a distance, but quickly learned his lesson.We will happily refer them to anyone seeking to replace or buy new security doors.Love your work, James and Alan! High five to this company ????We had security doors installed in our new home 2 years ago, they have been great but the main entrance door was sticking at the lock. We gave them a call they came the next day fixed it with no charge, very friendly service too. Thanks so much guys.
